UT server : 4players Vs Tnx : that s strange ping difference

i want rent a server Tnx but i dont understand something: ( it s for UT )

on 4players.de server provided by Tnx the ping is great for all the uk and french player
like this one : unreal://194.97.107.29:7777
my f6 ping = 65

but on other Tnx server i have a very bad ping
like this server 213.61.8.100:7777
ping f6 = 130

why on 4players.de server the ping is so good ?
can i rent a server like 4players.de ?

and what must i do ? cause i m french and that s not easy to all understand here =)

The answer is quite easy, I think... the two servers are using different backbones, and your ISP seems to have much better connection to the one of the 4players server than to the other tnx server.

tnx was recently acquired by 4players, that's why both servers are hosted under the brand tnx, but in fact the 4players server is located in the munich area, the other tnx servers are located in frankfurt, as far as I know.

what does this mean for U? I'm sorry, but it looks like that means that you don't have a big chance to get a server from tnx, that provides you with similar good pings as the 4players server does.

from tnx (in 36 hours the name changes to 4Netplayers) and then you get a server that should have the same performance as our 4players.de server have.
