Aber der Absatz ist ja recht eindeutig. Also entweder man erlaubt es von vornerein, das wäre natürlich möglich, oder aber da hat jemand einen ganz dreist ins Gesicht gelogen.

Wurde hier bereits aufgeklärt, verklärt... wie auch immer.

Wie das Installieren funktioniert

Call it installation or call it caching, but the bottom line is that you will have to save large chunks of PlayStation 4 games to the system's hard drive. It's not an option. It's mandatory on Sony's next-gen system. Today, at a stylish waterfront hotel in New York City that's been taken over by Sony for all things PS4, the system's lead architect, Mark Cerny, explained just how these requirements work.

If you are playing a disc-based game, the system will begin caching the disc when you put it in the console and get ready to play. The game is saving part of itself to the system's hard drive. The amount of data that has to be saved before you can start will vary per title.

Cerny said that for the launch game he directed, Knack, users should only have to wait 10s of seconds to play the game. After that, as you play, the game will stream more content to the console's 500GB hard drive. Knack will use 37GB of space overall, as noted on the game's box. Obviously, it won't take many games to fill the console's hard drive.

Danke für den ausführlichen Eindruck, klingt doch nicht schlecht. Muss mal checken ob mein Media Markt auch eine Demostation aufgebaut hat. Bin echt gespannt ob der Launchzeitraum halbwegs glatt über die Bühne läuft oder Probleme auftreten (z.B. PSN-Überlastung...)

Lustig, welch Zufall ... Lese gerade zur Überbrückung bis zur nächsten Staffel seit ein paar Tagen die Bücher und mit der Stelle als Viserys seine "Goldkrone" bekommt, habe ich gestern aufgehört zu lesen^^

Heute lief im MM Bischofsheim endlich mal die PS4 und es lief nur Playroom auf ihr :/. Das Bild der Kamera war aber ne ganze Ecke besser als erwartet. Schön scharf^^.

Remote Play bei NFS: Rivals ermöglicht lokalen Two Screen MP (wie bei der WiiU)

Neben Knack ein weiterer Titel, der diese ermöglicht. Vllt wird das ja eine Art Standardfeature bei vielen Spielen, die einen lokalen Koop bieten.

#2 – Broadcasting is fast and easy, with “adorable PlayStation-themed standby screen”. Standby screen is activated on screen whenever you switch from game to PS4 OS. During OS browsing, “On Air” indicator is present on the screen.

#3 – Double-tap PSButton to multitask to any app that was last active. Single press gets you back to the OS.

#4 – Play as a guest on another console does not carry on all system settings like on Xbone, but when you log out from guest console, all personal data (credit card info)is permanently deleted from that console.

#5 – Trophy screen shows PS4/PS3/Vita data, but now each trophy shows how rare it is (how many people managed to unlock them)

#6 – “The PlayStation Store is actually organized”

#7 - You can power USB devices while the console is off

Sehr interesant, das ermöglicht die Nutzung anderer Aktionen, abseits des PSN/PS+ Angebots. Außerdem bekommt man dafür dann vermutlich auch Amazonpunkte. Hoffentlich kommts auch bei uns.
